Hello guys,
Sorry for my little absence but a lot happened! Good things of course.

So this post is an inspiration that came to me after watching a YouTube inspiration from the 50s. 

I am a fan of this period: The look, the hair, the sexyness! So unique.

I wanted to recreate the look with my hair and keep my clothes in this era because Halloween is in October haha.

So here the look I hope you like it.

Veuillez m'excuser pour cette petite absence, plein de choses se sont passées (bonne bien sûr).

Ce post est consacré à un look qui me tient à cœur et surtout que j'aime beaucoup celui des années 50.

J'ai  recrée cette ambiance avec la coiffure de cette époque par contre je n'ai pas osé m'habiller pareil car je voulais mélanger modernité et authenticité dans un même look. 

Et puis Halloween n'est qu'en octobre ha ha.

This Is Not a Phone...

But this the YSL make up travel palette and it's the BOMB!!! I'm not even joking guys.

On my way back to Paris, I stayed two hours in this airport and why would to do to kill your time? 

Shopping of course! So I did shop on a duty free store and I came across this palette, I won't lie to you guys, that was the esthetic version who attracts me then the inside. 

For the moment I'm hooked and I can't stop using it, especially the pink eyeshadow so pretty! 

I know you must use that if you  are going away but I'm using it every day and if by the time I'm going away and I don't have it anymore I will buy another one on the trip. 

So in my opinion the packaging screams your name by the elegance and the chic of  it.

 On the inside you have pretty colors ( and you have other ones depending on your color palette).

 I paid this lovely palette 60 dollars so I was pretty pleased with it. 

Ceci est une palette de voyage YSL qui est OUFFISIME!! 
Pardonnez-moi ce langage d'excitation mais je dois vous avouez que je suis séduite par le packaging, la forme et le contenu.
Je suis resté deux heures dans un aéroport et je n'avais rien de mieux à faire que de me promener de magasin en magasin (duty free :)) et j'ai fait une trouvaille
que je suis ravie de partager avec vous.
Pour l'instant, j'ai essayé le fard à paupière et le fard à joue ainsi que les gloss
(ha oui j'ai tout essayé en fait lol et je ne suis pas déçue.)
La composition du maquillage est délicate et surtout compacte
donc cela se fixe bien sur la peau.
Je l'utilise tous les jours depuis que je l'ai achetée et cela n'importe peu qu'elle soit faite pour voyager car tous les jours nous embarquons dans ce grand voyage qu'est la vie ha ha. 
Bon je vous laisse découvrir cette petite merveille.

Eating Thaï in Paris: Mme shawn

Hi lovelies,

How was your week end?          
  

  Mine was great  and I didn't do crazy, exciting stuff but what I did is enjoy my time at the house and studying for my upcoming exam. 

                 I autorize myself a reward by going to a Thai restaurant in Paris. 

If you are listening to my husband's cousins this is one of the best  restaurant thai in Paris, especially if you combine the price and the quality. 

I mean I went there without knowing anything about thaï food so I'm not an expert but I still wanted to make a review on it because the decor of the restaurant was fantastic, the food is real good and their menu is fun to read. 
In addition, the decor is a mixed between the French and Thaï culture so it was a beautiful mixed of culture to be in (my opinion).

I mean the food was really good, the drinks are so interesting, you will ask me why so? then, let me explain: when I ordered my drink I wanted to have a cocktail so I looked up their menu and I saw that they have funny names for their cocktails as "Dandy des bas fond" or "Cougar Puritaine" and many more (actually three more and I took pictures of it). 
Apparently those cocktails are not made but they are a brand called Borderline with some funny designs.

The downside for me (of course) is on desserts because they don't have a variety of them (especially if you aren't ice cream person) so I didn't try any but I'm pretty sure they taste good.

There is three Mme shawn in Paris to go to but the one I advise you to go is in the 10th arrondissement because the decor will take you right in the atmosphere.

Le mien a été super, je n'ai rien fait de bien impressionnant, mis à part
me reposer et étudier pour mes examens à venir. Donc je me suis autorisé
une petite récompense en allant dans un restaurant thaï.
D'après les cousins de Florent (mon mari), c'est un des meilleurs restos thaï de Paris
 d'une trés bonne qualité et à un prix vraiment raisonnable.
Enfin je suis parti sans aucune connaissance culinaire thaï donc j'étais disposé à découvrir de nouveaux trésors gustatifs. Je tiens à vous donner mon avis sur ce resto car l'ambiance,
la déco et la nourriture sont vraiment de grande qualité.
Si je devais souligner une particularité intéressante à ce restau, ce serais sans hésiter la décoration qui est un mélange évident de culture française et  de culture thaï, 
cela donne un rendu plutôt réussi. 
Le menu du resto est ludique et interactif , vous verrez ça en y allant. 
Leur propositions de cocktails sans alcool appelés "Bordeline" le sont aussi par leurs noms (Dandy des bas fond et Couguar puritaine) avec des designs sympas (voir photos).
La partie négative est dans les desserts qui ne m'ont pas du tout fait de l’œil car la moitié de ces derniers sont à base de glace... mais bon je suis sûr qu'ils doivent être succulents. 
Il y a trois Mme Shawn à Paris mais je vous conseillera celui du Xème arrondissement 
car la décoration y est plus funky.

Being extravaganza

Hello Guys,

This style is purely inspired by Solange Knowles:

She is my main inspiration in fashion and she always so daring and looks just perfect so I wanted to copy a make up and to be creative like her by my dressing.

The way we dress is so conventional sometimes so I like to spice things up with my favourite statement pieces and this jeans is just the GOLD piece of this OOTD. I mean I know people like to be low key as possible but for what?? I like to mark my difference by the way I dress.

This jean reminds me my experience in New York, reminds me our blessed I have been to go there.

 This experience allows me to see another perspective in life and helps me to learn more about my character and directs me over the right path.

Enough spirituality for now and let it be all about clothes.

Ce style est influencé par Solange knowles:

Elle est une grande source d'inspiration pour moi, elle prend des risques et marie les habits divinement bien donc je voulais imiter son maquillage et surtout son audace vestimentaire.

La manière dont on s'habille est tellement conventionnelle parfois que je ressens le besoin de pimenter les choses avec des pièces originales. 

Concernant cette tenue du jour, l'objet qui vaut de l'or est: le jean. Je peux concevoir que ce style ne sera pas au goût de tout le monde spécialement ceux qui aiment porter spécifiquement des couleurs neutres ou foncées! Mais je dis pourquoi pas? 

C'est bien d'être différent et parfois même audacieux.

Ce jean me rappelle New York, me rappelle la chance que j'ai eu d'y aller. J'y ai vécu unee expérience magnifique me donnant un nouveau regard sur ma vie et cela m'apporte de nouvelles perspectives.

Bon assez de spiritualité sur soi et passons à la tenue du jour.
