My hubby is a talented and an amazing artist, therefore every Saturday he will do a Comics Strip.

Casual Days | Only

Hey lovelies,

This is my last post where I'm talking about Boston, Unfortunelty the sunny times have past and now it's getting chilly, cold and we have an urge to stay at home comfy as possible, sorry guys, I'm speaking only to people who has a colder weather like me but being in the USA make it easier to bear this weather.

On this other hand if you live in  sunny places, this look will speak to you a little bit more than the rest of us.

I went for a simple casual look weekend look, I don't wear much clothing compared to the weather but in my defense the weather in Boston was much better and sunnier, so in this look, I have my comfy sneakers wedges + my comfy High waisted jeans + my  comfy grey vest+ my trusty and comfy cardigan.

I shoot the pics at my cousin in law's place, she's got a gorgeous garden. I let enjoy.

Cet article sera le dernier où je fais mention de mon temps passé à Boston. Malheureusement le bon temps n'est plus d'actualité puisque nous rendrons dans une ère nouvelle qui est le froid et le vent glacial ce qui nous donne envie de rester à la maison avec une tenue super confortable. Désolé je parle spécifiquement aux gens qui ont un climat comme le mien mais le fait d'être à New York rend les choses nettement plus agréable.

Par contre pour celle et ceux qui habitent dans des coins du monde où il fait bon, je pense que cet article vous concernera un peu plus. J'ai opté pour un look détendu car c'était le weekend, je sais que je ne porte pas grand chose comparé au temps actuel mais pour ma défense il faisait meilleur à Boston.

Je porte ma paire de basket compensée + mon jeans taille haute+mon débardeur+ mon gilet.

J'ai pris ces photos chez ma belle-cousin, son jardin est magnifique.

BB Cream YSL

I had a long way to come across a BB cream who suit me and has all the expectation that I expect it to have.




No joke guys, it has been crazy when it comes to find something for my skin tone, I don't think I'm too dark or too light, I will call myself pretty average so I expect to find quite easily some products but I was wrong all the way.

It doesn't really matter if your skin tone is too dark or not, the importance is your skin complexion and mine is quite difficult to match, I spent approximately 45 min with a Sephora make up artist trying to find the right BB cream! After that amount of time spend between shelfs, we finally find something good but not really American as I will hoped.























YSL BB cream is so happens to be just perfect and it goes nicely with my skin complexion, that stay put all day.

I will definitely recommend it, if you have more question do not hesitate.

J'ai rencontré de nombreuses difficultés pour trouver une BB cream qui m'aille et qui a toutes les fonctions que j'attends d'une BB cream.

Le chemin vers la trouvaille d'un BB ceam a été un challenge, je ne pense pas avoir la peau trop foncée ou trop claire néanmoins j'ai mis 45 min avec l'aide d'une make up artiste de Sephora à trouver la perle rare. My conclusion est claire, peu importante que la peau soit foncée ou no ce qui importante réellement est la pigmentation de la peau. 

Ce fût décevant car aucune marque américaine me convenait (petit Sephora)cependant j'ai trouvé le YSL. Ce BB cream est parfait, il se fond bien sur ma peau, reste toute la journée et ne fait pas briller donc je vous le recommande si vous avez plus de question, n'hésitez pas.

Black Over Black

Hi Peeps,

Last weekend I went to Boston to see my cousin in law and we had a blast and a crazy time schedule as many things as possible. In one day we walk 8miles at least, went to a game ( Celtics vs ), then went to a bar singing and drinking until 1:00. Yeah peeps, it was a fun day. 
Regarding my OODT, I choose to be comfy and sexy with my black fluffy cardigan, black vest and my my black velvet skirt, you will think the combination is too simple but guys if you were the same color with different fabrics the borings of the outfit doesn't exist. 
What excites me is to be playful with my clothes in many ways so this time around is less with the color and more with the fabrics!

La Galette

What a weekend,

 Guys let me tell you, I really enjoyed myself, despite the fact that I'm New York I had the chance to go to Boston to see family from my Husband's side and it was incredibly fun. My cousin in law was a good host and made us feel like home so much that we ended up craving for some french food. I don't want to complain but since I have been here I have a littleFrench food blues so we decide to  satisfy  ourself  with one of the best French cuisine that I know of : La Galette.

We went to three different shops in Boston in order to find the best ingredient and matching as much as possible what we would do in France, so we came across a good variety of cheese and other stuff that I won't tell you about at least not now but I'm quite ecstatic to share some pictures of the final chef-d'oeuvre.

La Galette was homemade by  my hubby and the salad by our cousin (Alix).

Monochrome or Shape Clothing?

Either is fine by me. Since a few months we can observe and see stylist, blogger and model harboring both styles and we approved of it because fall is all about playing with shape and color.







































The inspiration of this OOTD is my coat actually. In fact when I dress up, I start with one accessory, which is going to make me decide and define my entire style of the day. Some of us start with the shoes or accessories (hat and jeweler) I guess it really depend on what inspired you but Regarding myself, I always start with one piece of clothing. This time it was my coat and then I picked up the skirt, then a top and to finish up the shoes. 

As I said in my video to achieve this look you do not need to have the exact same piece of clothes but you can reproduce this look through the color (two color)or the shape (skater look or the coat) of it.
